The Best Holiday Side Dish| Spicy Roasted Veggies
Guys, this is the first time I am sharing a recipe on my blog. It is kind of scary but I think I can manage. Well, now lets get on with the actual recipe!
I love cooking and I love sharing my favourite recipes with family and friends, and that means you!
I have been making this spicy roasted veggies for the past eight weeks and I can't get enough of them. They are healthy, spicy, and oh so good! It is the perfect dish to bring to all your friends holiday dinners or for your family dinners. It makes for a great side dish.
2 Sweet Potatoes
2 1/2 Zucchini
6 Small Mushroom or 1 Portobello Mushroom Cap
1/4 of Onion (Both White and Red is fine)
3 Gloves of Garlic
2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Red Chilli Flakes
2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Pre-heat the oven at 430 degree. Chop up all the veggies, onions, and garlic. Add the species, olive oil, and mix it all together. Place in the oven for 25 minutes. You can take it out and stir it a bit but I often just leave it in until its done!
This recipe will give you the right amount of kick yet it is not too spicy. You can always adjust the spices if you like.
