4 YouTube Channels To Watch If You Like Working Out At Home
I am one of those people who hates going to the gym. Let's face it, I hate working out. But this year, I have really tried to get in at least on or two workouts per week. Sometimes I succeed and other times I fail miserably, like this week. I recently did a blog post about how to get fit when getting fit isn't your thing. So, if you want to read that, click here! Since, I hate the gym, I love to work out in the comfort of my own home. Here are four YouTube channels I love when it comes to working out at home.
Fitness Marshall: I recently just found this channels and I love it so much!! It’s a dance base exercise channel, where you get to dance it out to your favorite songs. I love dancing and I think its such a good form of exercise. The thing is, its super intense cardio that is also so much fun. You will feel like a superstar and burn so many calories. I do about three to five songs per each exercise session which gets my heart pumping. You have to give this a try!! It's just so good!!
BeFit: This channel has a huge variety of exercise videos. From yoga, to intense cardio, to strength training, this channel has it all. There are also some very familiar faces who have been in the fitness industry for so long. If you are looking to do something different for your workout sessions, then you have to try this channel. Ps, They also have great videos on healthy recipes and healthy eating.
Yoga With Adriene: This channel is super popular and Adriene is such a babe. She is funny, quirky and all around a great chic! Her channel is a mixture of all kinds of yoga, from very relaxing yoga to intense yoga workouts. She also has a lot of yoga challenges you can do. There are videos for beginners and for those who are more advanced. Overall, you will get a peaceful and relaxing workout that will make you look great!!
Tone It Up: I found this channel a couple years back. For me its on and off! I go back to it but sometimes it doesn't feel like my kind of exercise. It's very much a traditional type of workout that I think many people would enjoy. It focuses on building the perfect bikini body, which, I think sometimes takeaway from the message of being healthy inside and out. But, their workouts are dynamic and intense. I am sure that if you stick to their plan, you might get that Bikini body.
